Terms Of Service

A: Introduction

  1. These Terms of Service are the agreement, as well as the relevant regulations, between you and CryptoGem regarding the use of the services and participation in the CryptoGem game.
  2. By using CryptoGem's services, you are deemed to agree to the terms of use as well as the privacy policies that we offer.
  3. CryptoGem’s services are varied, and for a particular service (such as participation in the CryptoGem game), additional terms of service may apply and/or separate measures may be required (such as provisions related to handling violations). In such an event, the additional terms and/or separate terms of use of such services will become part of your agreement with CryptoGem if you use such services.
  4. Services provided to you are provided by CryptoGem itself. We will not be responsible for services that are not provided by our company.

B: Concepts and definitions

  1. “Terms of Service”: means this CryptoGem Terms of Service and its amendments and supplements from time to time.
  2. “CryptoGem” is a GameFi – Play To Earn product issued by CryptoGem and currently we only have this one NFT game product.
  3. “Account” means Wallet (Specifically here is MetaMask) used to log in to CryptoGem game.

C: Use Wallet to participate in the game

  1. The use of Wallet (specifically MetaMask) to participate in the game, you are fully responsible for the maintenance and security of your account, we are not responsible for and support related issues. Be concerned if you inadvertently or otherwise provide Wallet security information to others.
  2. You are responsible for all activities and actions taken from/by your account (Wallet), including taking reasonable steps to secure your account (wallet).
  3. In order to ensure the terms of use, CryptoGem may apply necessary technical measures to limit and warn infringing content and may immediately remove infringing content from you without prior notice.
  4. In case of violation of the acts of this term of use, especially prohibited acts, CryptoGem has the right to proceed with locking your account (Wallet) and stop providing any and all services. to you without indemnification or liability to you.

D: Prohibited acts in CryptoGem

  1. Obstructing the operation, infiltrating, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to CryptoGem’s server system.
  2. Taking advantage of security holes as well as game errors to profit, exploit resources in the game CryptoGem is not legal.
  3. Using Hack/Cheat tools or other software to interfere as well as intentionally change/falsify the content we designed in CryptoGem.

E: Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty

  1. CryptoGem is committed to providing services to you within the limits of your professional qualifications and reasonable care in accordance with the law.
  2. CryptoGem will apply necessary technical measures to support you in the process of experiencing the service as well as participating in CryptoGem. However, in some unexpected cases, the service may be interrupted, error (bug)… in these cases, CryptoGem will take all necessary measures (within the ability). and within a reasonable time to remedy and you agree to release CryptoGem from all related liability.
  3. CryptoGem will apply necessary measures to protect and secure your account information and data, but no system is absolutely safe and resistant to all attacks, hacks, cheats. Therefore, in the event that CryptoGem’s system is attacked, hacked, cheated and your account information and data is exposed, CryptoGem will immediately take the necessary measures to minimize the impact on you. and you agree to release CryptoGem from any liability in connection therewith.
  4. CryptoGem reserves the right to modify (including change, adjust, add, or delete) all features and parameters (including product specifications, parameters related to features, or other parameters) of the products (including our game CryptoGem, such as all the features in the game or parameters related to Gem Mines, Pickaxes, Rewards, etc.) which the company is managing and operating without prior notice. When participating in the CryptoGem game or using the products and services provided by CryptoGem, you agree to the provisions related to this right of adjustment and change that we have made.

F: Support

  1. Any support issues related to the process of participating in the game CryptoGem will be supported through our official channels published on the homepage.
  2. Note that we will not ask you to provide your 12 account security codes (Wallet) under any circumstances, the cases requested to provide this information are fake and we do not accept any responsibility if you provide this information to others.

G: Effectiveness of application and amendment

  1. You agree that CryptoGem has the right to amend, supplement part or all of the provisions of these Terms of Use without your prior consent. In case you do not agree with any amendments and supplements, you have the right to terminate using the services as well as participating in the CryptoGem game before such amendments and supplements take effect. In case you continue to use the service or participate in our CryptoGem game, it will be understood that you have agreed to all those amendments and supplements.
  2. These Terms of Use take effect from the moment you participate in CryptoGem as well as use other services we provide.
